Brand-new rooms with full kitchen, felt like home.

We didn't like that there was elevator missing, were a little disappointed.

Thoroughly enjoyed that the hotel was stylish and had exceptionally nice staff at the reception desk. The room was immaculately clean and functional with a very comfortable bed and shared bathroom, for instance and the location was wonderful. For breakfast we were offered tea, breads, pastries, and fresh fruit.

We had an ENJOYABLE time in this old-fashioned hotel in San Francisco. The room we had included a flat-screen TV with cable channels and central heating. The venue was situated in the central location abundant in most of the neighborhoods.

Didn't like the area, it was really loud.

Exceptional accommodation with fantastic friendly staff members at the reception desk. Nice bed, sparkling clean bathroom and central heating and TV in the room. Very central location to most places we wanted to go. Also, easy to get to San Francisco City Hall.

Old-fashioned hotel with amazing friendly staff. Marvellous location as only 5 minutes to War Memorial Opera House. Good choice of goodies for breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Transportation options were easily accessible and I was able to explore different neighborhoods and experience the local vibe. The continental breakfast provided was enjoyable and a great way to start the day.

Nothing bad to say.

A good value for the money with an excellent location as long as sharing the toilet and show rooms European style is not a problem for you. An excellent touch was the daily high tea with a delicious selection of teas and cookies.

Everything was simply nice. Lovely little hotel with superfriendly staff at the reception desk, truly enjoyed our staying. The location was good, close to Davies Symphony Hall. The airport was 16 miles away.

The staff at Hayes Valley Inn were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They allowed us to check in early after a long journey, ensuring we were well-rested. The room we stayed in was surprisingly quiet, giving us a peaceful night's sleep. The communal areas, like the bright corner room with afternoon teas and pastries, were a delightful addition. The continental breakfast had a great variety of food and was plentiful. The location of the hotel was ideal, with lovely restaurants nearby and a short walk to Union Square.
